After Work Has Commenced

If work has already been performed and you wish to cancel our services:

  • Refunds will be processed from the second month onwards, not for the current month where services have been rendered.
  • The refund will be calculated from the point of the refund request, not retroactively.
  • Any transaction charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Individual Contract Terms
